Interview process included phone interviews, online assessment, and one-on-one in-person interview. In-person interview was mostly technical but also included questions such as "What is an example of how you have handled conflict in the past?" Certain parts of the online assessment were a little difficult.

I was reached out to by a recruiter from Syntel about the position. I applied and then had a quick phone interview with the recruiter. I then had to take an assessment that was pretty easy. The last step was to have a skype interview with a senior developer. The senior developer didn't show up a few times for the skype interview. That was pretty frustrating.
