Steps: Application Form, Numerical & Verbal reasoning Online tests, competency based Telephone Interview, Assessment Centre. Assessment day includes group work, individual tasks and face to face competency based interview. The company has quite a friendly culture. Starting salary is good too.

Started with online tests, then got an offer to complete a video interview, quickly got confirmation of passing these stages and three months later still no decision on an invite to an assessment centre
