The overall whole process took about 5 weeks.
1st stage: Phone call with HR and scheduling another stage, tech call
2nd stage: Tech call with the engineer, little unpleasant maybe because he told me at the beginning that he doesn't have much time.
3rd stage: Face to face meeting (We could do this with skype but I declined), I did really enjoy this stage which was divided into HR part and Tech part (with Manager and the engineer).
I declined the job offer because of personal purposes and also because I felt there is too much bureaucracy.
First with HR, then a manager, then the whole technical team. The technical team asked me about all the network areas. At the end they asked me to ask questions
