Unprofessional interview process with no email link sent. They just called me 5 minutes into the interview. After that, the panel just wasted my time asking everything under the sun and a simple python problem to solve(which I solved correctly), they openly kept smirking during the online interview and a full hour of useless chitchat said it is over. I got an email next day saying not selected.

Entretien
The interview process at Atlys was well-organized and efficient. It began with a phone screen with the recruiter, who provided a clear overview of the company, role, and interview stages. Next was a technical interview that focused on my skills in Java, Python, Selenium, and my previous project experience. This was followed by a conversation with the hiring manager, where we discussed my past experiences, problem-solving approach, and alignment with Atlys's values. The interviewer was friendly and open to my questions about team dynamics and culture. Overall, it was a smooth and positive experience, with timely feedback at each stage.
