Recruiter HR was not clear about the skills required for position. Described position as 80% team management and 20% technical hands on. After few days call and rudely responded that the role is 100% technical hands on.

Initial phone screen, then a couple of on site interview rounds. They asked questions about my management style and how I would motivate engineers. Asked some basic Linux technical questions and had me walk through some trouble shooting scenarios. They asked how much I was making at my previous position and ultimately offered a bit more.
