I applied online and got an invite after 3 days for the screening interview with the coordinator. He told me to wait for another 2-3 days. And now it has been past that and I still havent received any updates. Clearly, I am rejected. It's just so disappointing to be ghosted. It's very unprofessional of them to do that given they are a big company. It's ironic too, because when the recruiter asked me about what do I think is the best way to give a great candidate experience, this is exactly what I said. To give them updates! Atlassian should do something about their hiring process, they might miss a lot of amazing people because of their process.
