3-round interview process:
1. Phone screen with a recruiter
2. Product Designer interview
3. Virtual onsite
I didn't receive an offer and wasn't given any feedback or information on how I could improve (which was incredibly disappointing considering how long it took to prepare and interview).
The process itself felt very impersonal. I answered questions and talked for the majority of the interviews and had just enough time at the end of the interviews to ask one question. The answers I was given were vague, uninformative, and stated in a matter-of-fact way. The interviews weren't at all conversational and I was rarely given a response/feedback when answering questions. All questions were difficult and it appeared like they were digging for the "right" responses.
