I applied on their website and within two weeks or so their recruiter scheduled a remote interview with me. All went well with that so I went in for an in-person interview with the head of my would-be department. It was all handled rather efficiently and the interviewers were, well, I can't say "nice" but they weren't not nice either. "Robotic" is really the word that comes to mind. I couldn't quite tell but at one point they seemed, I don't know, to feel superior to the lowly job hunter? Annoyed that they had to waste their time on him? Indifferent? They weren't rude or anything, but they seemed a bit aloof. It was just weird.
