Sat with HR lead and department lead, solid interview. Pointed questions about market place experience and clearly outlined position and path to growth. The office that the interview was held in was grand and added a sense of professionalism to the interview. The HR gal sat back, department lead managed the interview which pointed things more towards operational aspects of the opportunity and less about the standard gar-baaaage you hear.

Entretien
The interview and hiring process took about a month. Initial phone screen, interview and offer. An offer was made the same day. Interview questions were pretty straight forward, no tricks. Got the feeling they were simply trying to measure how good an asset I would be and how well I would get along with the staff.

I did a ridiculous question about Mount Rushmore. It was somewhat a riddle I guess.
Phone screen then formal interview with hiring manager and hr manager. The process was timely and straight-forward. The questions revolved around previous work history, job functions, and cultural fit.
