I met with the human resources rep, who was extremely professional and personable. She asked a variety of standard questions, but delved deeply into my work history. Over the course of the interview, she determined that the job I was applying for might not be the perfect fit, but felt that there was a potential opportunity for me within the company. She had me meet with the VP of the Basin, with whom I discussed potential opportunities in the company. The entire interview process was about 2 hours long, and was extremely positive.
