Rigorous! Went through 5 or 6 interviews all of them were well prepared and thoughtful. The first interview was done very professionally and was screening for qualifications. I then took a couple short test to identify skill set strength and weaknesses and if they aligned with the company’s needs. Following that I was set up to speak with both people I would work with and for. There was a focus on both technical competency and cultural fit.
