An advertisement was placed on radio for weeks.Curriculum Vitae and Cover letters were then submitted to the Company's office,there after (a month's later) all shortlisted applicants were called for an interview of which I was part.There were twenty(20) applicants in all.Six of us were selected for a second interview.After which two candidates were chosen.The overall experience was worth it.
