Very fair. Management did an excellent job describing the role and setting the expectations of the day to day schedule. I was interviewed by multiple people to make sure the transition to the sales team would be smooth and allowed me to feel comfortable in my new position.

Entretien
It was a 5 minute interview which was a joke in an old small office. The Ad was misleading and described a high end tech company with many different business solutions and they told me my job would be to sell copy-machines to businesses. They also called me on a Monday at 11:30 and told me to come in to interview 2 hours later because they seem desperate.

The entire interview wasn't very long. It was also very low key do not be nervous about it. My interviewer just wanted to get to know me and asked talked alot about my resume and past experiences.
