HR called 3 months after I applied on the website, on the day of the interview, i was given a tour of the floor that I would be working on, sat down and talked about the position, no questions asked so it was more of a casual conversation with the coordinator, heard back in 1 and a half weeks

I applied through their website careers portal. The manager of the unit that I applied for called me in for an interview. She did not tell me that I’d be meeting with her along with two other people. They asked me situational questions and basic personality questions. After the interview, I did not get an email stating that I wasn’t selected. I had to log back onto the careers portal to find out for myself.
