The initial interview was with HR and was told I exceeded all expectations. The second round was with the hiring manager who confirmed I would move on to the next step with the Regional but never returned calls or Emails. The interesting part is that his LinkedIn profile glorifies his credo on success and leadership, to which the reply would be:

Was interviewed by the department head and manager at the same time. Went into the office, they kidded around about me already having the job so the resume and letter of recommendation I had was never really liked at.
