Very relaxed interview process. Questions were mostly about my experience with victim advocacy and through that an aptitude of ability. I was then told the requirements of the job and their expectations of me.

Standard process, nothing too intimidating, very casual conversations. Have preparation of resumes and cover letters handy. Do some research on the company before hand. Make sure to have knowledge of criminal justice process and victim rights.
