Screening interview with another Director. Informal questioning style. This was followed by structured interview with department leads. Questions centred around leadership, commercial acumen and project management skills. I was asked to provide examples.

CV review, 3 interviews. Approached through recruitment consultant. First interview with managing director. Second interview with 2 senior directors. Final interview with Managing Director, Chief Operating Officer including presentation on what I would do in the role. Opportunity to meet other staff through process.
