The company took a long time to get back to me about having reached the interview stage, after having completed the online situational judgement test and application form. The interview was held on Teams with two employees asking me questions.

Did an online multiple choice test about different office scenarios, then an online application form. After passing this and my application being reviewed by the hiring manager I got invited for an interview. Was about an hour long. I was being interviewed by one of the hiring team and a graduate engineer. I was asked some general questions about why I chose to apply, then questions about times I used certain skills or adapted to situations. Sometimes they have me a situation and i had to say what I'd do in response. 15 mins towards the end I was given a test of three questions and both interviewers left the room. They didn't seem to mind that i hadn't done any question very well, we discussed my answers after and they just want to see what your thought process is when faced with a problem. And that you have the basics of structural design/analysis. Process was very relaxed. They want you to do well. I think being honest, smiley and confident made me do well.
