Typical Graduate Scheme Process. Application, situational judgement test, video technical interview, assessment centre.
With covid, everything was done on teams. The technical interview lasted 1hr40mins and consisted of a small technical test in the middle with other competency questions. The interviewers were very understanding and friendly.
The assessment centre was fairly basic as its a mix of all candidates from different sections. Be mindful of others.

The interview process was fairly basic with questions regarding your motivations, experiences and knowledge. The technical question/challenge was hard. They say that revision is not needed beforehand, but you really need to if you want a better outcome than mine.

Own application portal. Had an aptitude test which was set up like an office environment. At the end I received a report of my strengths. The interview itself was 1 hour 30. Went over the company and technical questions, as well as a lot of time to ask your own questions
