Assessment Centre was based at the office that the role was based - it consisted of a Technical Assessment, which was easy if you have at least some interest in Nuclear / did A-Level physics, and know the basics of your degree...) relating to Nuclear Safety; an Individual Written Assessment; an Interview where your answers to the Technical Assessment were discussed and general competency/motivational questions (i.e. a time when you led/were part of a time, what would you do in scenario x, y or z etc.); finally, there was a Group Written Assessment where you were given time to read through an information pack as individuals, before a HR representative came in and observed all candidates whilst they dicussed the task and proposed solutions. Very friendly interview process, not at all intimidating, chance to chat to current graduates following interview during lunch period - lunch was also provided which was nice.
