I did a one way video interview using Spark Hire. It was stream lined, tailored to the job I was interviewing for and simple to use. The questions were insightful and made me think.

Entretien
Great up until the end-----I had 3 interviews. 1st was a one way video interview, second was zoom with management and third was in person with the Marketing department. As I walked out with the HR/Management, I pulled her aside and kindly asked her about these reviews that they had. I told her I was concerned about some of the negative feedback on upper management. She seemed very confused, didn't know what reviews I was talking about. I said, I just want to be transparent about it and I'm open to hearing more about the reviews after she reads them. The next day I received a "standard" you didn't get the job email which was odd to me because I had been e-mailing her directly at this point. That's fine if I wasn't the right fit, but I feel like the reviews are really showing how they do communicate - which is not transparent or willing to see both sides.
