Phone interview was average, nothing super notable. What really frustrates me is being a former employee at a clinic (applied for a corporate job), I was ignored and not given the decency of a response, after multiple follow-up e-mails. I thought the interview went well, I was promised that they would reach out very soon since they wanted to hire someone ASAP (I was told within a week). We even talked about salary on the very first phone interview, so I suspected they were serious about potentially hiring me. I was told not to hesitate e-mailing cause the hiring manager "responds quickly". Well, after 2 follow-up e-mails and no response from anyone, I assumed I was not selected. Sure enough I checked online after a little under a month of waiting and it says "Interviewed; not selected". So thank you, Athletico corporate, for not giving a former employee the common courtesy of an email response and just blatantly ignoring me. I will not be applying for any more jobs at Athletico corporate.

Phone then face to face. They were excited to meet me based on my qualifications but when we met in person they were rude. They raved about me only to not call back. I called to ask about the status of the hiring process, but never got a call back. They said in the interview they need someone asap and I was available asap but apparently I wasn't what they were looking for.
