Honestly, this was one of the worst interviews I have ever had. The talent coordinator that gave me a call cared very little about the person she was speaking to. All the questions were very textbook and you could tell that she was just writing down answers and not engaging the candidate. It was horrible and awkward - which is odd because I am a very outgoing person and can usually switch the conversation to pleasant but this person wasn't having it. It was very apparent that I was just a number for her to say that they interviewed a pool of candidates. Horrible experience - would never recommend this company based off their HR practices.
