I had a friend who was already working in the store I applied to, so I introduced myself to the GM one day after walking the friend in. I told the GM I applied online and she took down my name so she would remember me when looking at applications and resumes. About two weeks later I got a phone call which had three questions 1) Availability 2) What makes you qualified to work here? and 3) Why do you want to work for Athleta? After answering the questions I was told my resume would be passed along to the GM. This felt sort of like I was being shoved off and wouldn't be considered, but because I really wanted this job (the company is amazing) I went in the next day and talked to the GM myself. She was happy to meet me and we scheduled an in person interview the next day. I went in and had an absolute blast. I never thought I would describe a job interview as fun. We talked for a bit about my background and then I had to pick out two outfits for a made up customer, one activewear and one lifestyle. After that I thanked the GM for the opportunity and went home. All in all a VERY positive experience.

Easy customer service questions was not hard at all got offered the job right away. They were very nice and answered All my questions about pto salary. One of the questions were like how would I handle difficult situations and have I handled like merchandising?
