brief phone call with a few questions about background and why the interest in Athleta. then invitation for interview in store. instructed no need to dress up as interviewer would be in athletic wear and sneakers. rate of pay would be $10/hr. after about a month (I had called to check in twice) I received email that business hadn't picked up much so they were only hiring one seasonal associate and she was a transfer from another store. was told if they needed additional help in December they would let me know.

A manager reached out to me to schedule an in-person meeting and shared details about what they are looking for in this position. There was a single interview with a store manager. She asked me behavioral questions, questions to see how I align with Athleta's values, and why Athleta. The next day, they called to offer me the job.
