Quick 20 min phone call (covid) asking me basic questions about myself. Different work environment questions, situational questions, and people questions. Got a call a couple of days later saying I got the job and went in a few days later to start training.

Entretien
Extremely simple. Asked about my educational background, ways that I have contributed to the community around me, and questions about my favorite pieces of their clothing. I was taken outside of the store and asked the questions and then went inside to the back room to meet some of the current employees. I was hired on the spot.
