First contact was an HR call, then a meeting with a member of their team. Everybody I came in contact with was nice and professional. The questions asked were industry standards, and not too difficult.
Their projects and my profile were not aligned, so the process stopped there.

Entretien
The company contacted me via Linkedin. They contacted me via email to present me a description of a position they would like to fill. If I were interested, I had to call them back to schedule a first phone interview. If that went well, we would schedule a 1 on 1 interview in their offices in Montreal.
