I first had a phone screen with the VP of Claims. I was then forwarded on to the interview process. I had an interview with 2 GL managers, 1 seemed interested and the other did not. They asked general questions at first, then moved on to scenario type questions written up on a sheet. Depending on how you answered those questions, they then had follow up questions.
