Then if accepted, they schedule for another face time interview. They give you a class of code written by the company and ask you to review it.
Then ask you about your knowledge and experience, in both technical skills and manager skills.
In the end, I think they’re lacking leadership and they’re only looking for clones of themselves to continue their culture and traditions instead of evolving.
