Submitted application and called to confirm receipt after about a week. Asked to come in for an interview the next day after calling to confirm receipt. Told to dress casual for the interview. The interview was held with the store director and customer support manager in the back office. They read formal questions from a sheet. The questions were about five pages long. They also elaborated on their expectations and how they lead the store. The questions were easy. I was offered the job on the spot at the end of the interview and started orientation just a few days later.
