Good! Structure and polite hiring manager. Although early or the interview, the hiring manager attended personally to me. Interview took place in another level. Hiring manager also took the effort to explain structure and expectations of the role.

      Entretien

THIS WAS A NO-SHOW INTERVIEW - I had responded to an opportunity via the corporate website. A number of days went by and I received an email from an Associate indicating an interest in speaking with me about the opportunity. We had confirmed a convenient day and time, within the week. I had spent a good amount of time preparing for the interview. On the scheduled day of the interview, I had left work early to go home to take the call. The scheduled time came and I did not hear from the Asurion HR Associate. Upon not hearing from the individual, I tried to get in touch via email and phone. Both times, I had left my name and number to get back to me. I do understand that things do come up, but, effective communications does wonders. No response from this individual. The next business day, I reached out again to try and reschedule. I did hear back from the Associate via text to reschedule. No apology for missing the scheduled interview. The Associate mentioned that they had email problems. Did I not mention, that, I did leave a VM. HMMMMM. Subsequently, we had scheduled again to talk via text and confirmed the time. Within five minutes of rescheduling the Associate came back via text and said, "Bad News", the hiring manager is looking at internal candidates. This was a roller coaster of ups and downs within a short period of time. The whole experience was very disappointing and very unprofessional. In my experience, when a job position is opened, a company usually looks at internal candidates first before they go on the outside. In this case, their was something wrong with the process. Bottom line, the HR Associate did not reflect the high standards of a professional organization.
