I applied online. Within a day or so I was sent an email with a link for a basic computer knowledge test of 27 questions. After that I was emailed information regarding a position and set up with a phone screening. the screening lasted about 15 minutes. After that was a pretty intensive telephone interview consisting of a number of questions ranging from direct, why are you leaving (or did you leave) your current (or previous) position... to questions about your computer knowledge. And quite a few situation questions were thrown into the mix. This interview was just short of an hour long. From there i was presented with an offer, there was a slight orientation type online meeting for me to attend, paperwork sent via email to sign. I was required to do s a drug test and they did a background check, as well as an IT appointment to confirm my equipment met their minimum requirements.

First interview was a video interview with a recruiter. In first interview, I was given a role play scenario where I had to pitch an iPhone and why someone should buy it. Then I had to do a scenario where I was speaking on the phone to a “customer” and I had to keep them on the line for as long as possible. Second interview was on site. When I arrived there was at least 8 other people present for a big info session and then each of us were individually met with an interviewer.
