Round 1: 30 minute phone interview with a Project Manager from the team. Focused on general PM and scenario questions. Went very well.
Round 2: 30 minute interview with a different Project Manager from the team discussing the type of projects. Went very well.
Round 3: A four hour back-to-back interview series with team members, contractors, manager, Director of care initiatives, and business owners. The first interview was with two contractor PMs. One of the PMs immediately criticized my résumé and spend most of the remainder of the 30 minute interview "trying not to scare" me out of the job. He was very condescending and made me feel like I had no business being there. After reviewing his credentials in LinkedIn, I found out that he had very limited PM experience himself. The remainder of the interviews where basically people showing up and either talking about themselves or wanting me to just ask them questions. After four hours, this lack of involvement left me exhausted.
