Interview process was fairly quick, you met with several higher up positions and the founder. The interviews were quick chats learning about your background to see if you’re a fit, was more of a relaxed setting. Look for those who have experience and have managed several clients before.

The interview process was really seamless. You met with the higher ups within the agency and they truly seemed to value what you had to say and were interested in learning about your background, what you can bring to the agency, your strengths, etc. It really seemed like they value the company culture and like to bring in those who can add to the culture in a positive way, and their interview style definitely shows this.
