First two interviews were good, mostly informative about the role and Astronomer. The third interview was the customer scenarios. This is where I failed.
The person doing the scenarios was switching between customer/interviewer quite a bit so the questions were confusing as to who and how I was answering. At the end, I was told that I did “okay” but didn’t say certain things that made them think that I would need to be trained on support skills. I do admit that I was off my game but the interviewer made it seem like this wasn’t a good fit for me from the beginning. It wasn’t a surprise that I got the blanket rejection email a few days later.

Entretien
first there was a recruiter call and then manager call. They were satisfied with my profile and proceeded to technical interview. The interview is about debugging logs in the Airflow. I answered 2 out of 4. He said that they need more proificiency in the particular tool. Over all I got postive feedback and areas to improve. It went in a friendly manner. As it is a startup they look for very expertise person.
