J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Astranis
Entretien
The interview consisted of a phone call in which I was asked suspiciously detailed questions about past work dealing with spacecraft thermal subsystems. It appeared to be very particular in the sense of the interviewer trying to find solutions to ongoing work at the company. The job posting has been up since last year due to them being "selective" about who they're hiring (whatever that means).
The job description in the posting does not accurately reflect what is expected of the potential candidate. The work seems more centered around thermal hardware design work as opposed to thermal analysis. I know a great number of colleagues that were more than qualified for the position that still didn't get selected despite answering the questions in the interview.
This was just my experience so take it with a grain of salt.

I got two rounds, HR and Engineering. The interviewer was polite and casual. The questions weren't hard, but they required knowing specific equations off the top of your head for hand calculations without document reviews. They expected a specific number as an answer, which felt absurd; testing for IQ, situational handling, or work ethic would make more sense.
2 video interviews via Google Meet with team members followed by on-site interview in San Francisco. Technical questions asked in both interviews, both calculations and critical thinking questions were asked.

Two phone interviews (1 hour each), then onsite interview (5 - 6 hours) with a presentation on a "6 - 10 hour" project + a previous project you worked on. Several 1-on-1 interviews. Project + presentation easily took 30 hours. A lot of work and time for no guarantees. Everyone was friendly.
