My experience with Astra Zeneca has been a mixed bag and can be divided into 2 very distinctive parts as follows:
1. Initial stage (until 2 nd interview stage)- very positive experience, engaging conversations, fast pace and action packed. I really enjoyed it and felt AZ spirit, credit to all involved at that stage.
2. Latter stage (following 2nd interview) - complete silence related to feedback, lack of updates/ outcome (?!), mixed messages.
After 2 rounds of chasing for feedback , I have been provided very generic 1 line response. I wanted to share that complete silence after interview and complete disregard to feedback spoilt my experience with AZ and fallen short of expectations of company image built during fist stage. I also found process quite misleading in light of claims of candidate experience importance during first 2 stages

Applied in Dec 2024, recruiter reached out in Jan-Feb. Had a 1st contact with her, to explain the process and what to expect in each stage - HireVue, 1st skiils and values interview with future colleagues, final interview with use case with future manager.

Entretien
The first contact was by phone.
Then, I got 1.5 hour interview with a PPT presentation and questions regarding the experience, sharing the company values and behavior in certain circumstances with examples.
