My experience with Astra Zeneca has been a mixed bag and can be divided into 2 very distinctive parts as follows: 1. Initial stage (until 2 nd interview stage)- very positive experience, engaging conversations, fast pace and action packed. I really enjoyed it and felt AZ spirit, credit to all involved at that stage. 2. Latter stage (following 2nd interview) - complete silence related to feedback, lack of updates/ outcome (?!), mixed messages. After 2 rounds of chasing for feedback , I have been provided very generic 1 line response. I wanted to share that complete silence after interview and complete disregard to feedback spoilt my experience with AZ and fallen short of expectations of company image built during fist stage. I also found process quite misleading in light of claims of candidate experience importance during first 2 stages
