It was a pretty standard video interview over MS Teams, and my interviewers were really nice and helpful through the process. They do the Behavioral / STAR method of interviewing and I understand why but I just do not like those kinds of questions. I prepared well but you never know exactly what they'll ask and can be hard to think of applicable scenarios on the spot.
