I, first, spoke with the account recruiter who described the position and asked some questions about my resume and experience. I, then, interviewed with the senior recruiter that handles this specific position and we got a little more in depth than the first interviewer about my experience. She also spoke more in depth of the position and what would be done to before starting the position such as a background check, etc. I finally interviewed with the VP of underwriting. She was very pleasant and a joy to talk with. It was like a casual conversation with questions on both ends.
***Ultimately I didn't receive an offer because I was overqualified.
