I was brought in for 2 interviews and told I would be notified within the same week if I was to get the position or not. I was then told weeks later (after trying to follow up multiple times) that someone transferred into that role internally and it would be open for me if I could wait 4-6 weeks. After that was told to me by HR the management then told me I would receive an offer letter the next day - nothing. I wait a couple more weeks and then was told they had to check on the role and to call back in 2 days. I called twice and the 2nd time told management I was going to give up on this as it seemed that they are dragging me along for nothing.

The interview was quite pleasant. I interviewed with their Managing Partner, who was very pleasant, courteous, and very conversational. The interview flowed and covered baseline questions regarding the healthcare recruiting pipeline.

3 face to face interviews. met separately all different times. long process. didn't ask anything hard. all basic questions. the job was not described correctly. completely different environment when I started.
