It went on smoothly with a good greeting. A panel of two interviewers asking general questions irrelevant to the job initially. Later I was asked few questions about how organized I usually am and what is my understanding of a good organization etc.

asked a few questions to get personality. asked a lot of "what would you do questions". Very friendly. Easy to talk to. Process took 2 weeks. I already knew the manager, the team, and the services provided as I was a partner on a project for them.
