Entretien
Met with heads of Credit & Commercial. Easy conversation with everyone and good small talk. Typical interview questions, nothing too serious or crazy. Always be prepared with your own questions and the background of the company as well.
Phone interview, in person interview day with 2 interviews and a group project/presentation. Overnight stay at a nice hotel in Milwaukee with around 30 other candidates for different positions. It was pretty chill.

Entretien
Started with a brief phone interview, It was very basic and informative. They were really trying to get to know you. However, I have still not heard back from them which is concerning.
