Interviewer was late and not paying attention throughout the interview. Seems to be the case for many of the reviews here. The company should probably look deeper into it. Does not reflect well on the company

Aspire has one of the most antiquated and redundant hiring processes I have ever experienced. They are extremely disrespectful and rude. First round was with the recruiter who showed up 10 minutes late. However, they were respectful and kind in the interview itself. After this they made me do an outdated SHL test and personality assessment. There was no feedback given on the test. Next round of interview was 30 min intro call with the COO. He also joined almost 10 minutes late and did not even bother apologising. Even though it was generally positive, the call only lasted 15 minutes and he did not even accommodate any questions from me. After this they made me do a 2 hour case study. Like many other reviews, this seemed like a ploy to gather ideas rather an actual application of my skills. The next round was with the COO again, who was late again, did not apologise again and this time did not even bother to turn on the camera. This call went generally positive as well. The COO promised an update within 2 days, but the next update came after THREE WEEKS. At this point, they just sent a template email with no feedback as to why they are not moving forward with me. This was especially disrespectful considering that I had a personal connection with the recruiter. I have yet to receive a response from the recruiter. After investing 5 weeks in to the process, I deserve to have some closure at least.
