It was a big procedure. I communicated on phone wid one of the Recruiters in aspire erp systems after receiving the mail. Then my interview was scheduled wid the authorized person. I attended the first round of interview and cleared first round. Then was asked to complete the project. The project assignment was mailed to me and I was informed wen to submit the same. Then my telephonic round was taken by other senior management person who was my future team leader. Then I was asked directly to collect my offer letter as i cleared the telephonic round. Then i visited the organization and accepted my offer by completing necessary formalities.The process was followed in very Corporate Way as it was supposed to be followed.
