The process was very tedious. After a full interview was conducted and I was offered the position, I had to follow a series of steps before I was began employment. First, I had to go through the finger printing process and then I had to be physically evaluated. Each step involved a lot of foot work and rescheduling as it was difficult to get appointments. Then I had to wait for a staff to return from a leave of absence because they forgot to complete all of my new higher paperwork. It was definitely an experience.
