The interview was very informal and lasted a short amount of time as the job description posting was not clear on what the hiring manager was looking for so I chose not to continue with the hiring process.

Quick, friendly, and easy. They asked about my resume and then my experience. Ask about my ski ability and my past teaching experience. Gave plenty of opportunities to ask questions about the company and the job.

Easy, hassle free. Reviewed my resume in which I had experience working with children. Then there was an on snow examination to make sure that my skiing level was appropriate.
