Extremely unprofessional interview experience for an internship position. Interview was at 2:30PM. The interviewer arrived nearly 10 minutes late to the virtual meeting and openly stated they did not feel like doing the interview because they were having a bad day but got off at 5PM.During the resume review, the interviewer recorded the session without obtaining my prior consent. Furthermore, when I asked standard questions about the company culture and the specific internship project and company culture, the interviewer became defensive, claimed it was private information, and admitted they did not know the details of the project. Disrespectful of candidates' time and highly disorganized.
