Honestly, I think the very first call from the Talent Acquisition team gave me a peek into the collaborative and social work culture at Aspect. It was great interacting with the TA team who were extremely approachable and accessible at all hours of the day. The entire interview process was very smooth and well planned (keeping both the panel and my convenience in mind). Even before I joined the organization, I had been told so much about the process, the culture, and the people even, that I was totally at ease on my first day at work. It has been just a little more than a week, and I am thankful for my great initial interaction /rapport with the TA team and interview panel as this was one of the reasons why I chose this organization.
