I applied online with my resume and availability and then got an email, then scheduled an interview. The interviewer just wanted to see me if I am able to talk to people in the phone and answer questions.
It was a pleasant experience, and I believe that most people can get in as long as they are prepared. Whether that can be reviewing their website or preparing answers to expected questions.
