There were two interviews- an initial screening interview with a junior associate and then an interview with a higher-ranking lawyer. There were some questions about background, why law, etc. and some questions about personal experience.

Colloquio tutto sommato semplice, incentrato più sull'attitude. Un test generale per valutare le competenze e prova di inglese. Poi colloquio conoscitivo con il partner. Il tutto durato una settimana anche per il riscontro.
First, fill out the online application, then proceed to online tests. After that, take a short 20-minute interview with HR. If successful, proceed to written test and another interview with associates.

met with the people and cultures team for an english online interview. it was pretty short and simple, do not have to prepare much for it. CV-based, and general questions.
